Terms & Conditions

1. The limited age of joining www.sssachieve.com is 18th on date on application.
2. Before joining our company read & follow the terms and condition issued.
3. No purchase is authorized to make any promise to any other prospective purchaser, of purchaser relies on any promise while trying to sell the products to him/her which is not there in the agreement or the official material the company shall not be in any way being responsible for such promises.
4. This agreement does not create an employer relationship, partnership or joint venture between the purchaser and Company.
5. Delivery of products to him/her which is not there in this agreement or the official material the company shall not be in any way be responsible to promises.
6. The entire products are based on natural component & food supplement.
7. This is not a treatment neither drugs nor any medicine.
8. Be careful while filling up Bank account number, IFSC code, Name of bank & respective name.
9. If you fail in filling up the above criteria correctly company would not be responsible & he/she won’t get bonus you earned.
10. After each 15 days all types of your bonus or incentive. Company will deduct 20% per payout and after deduction the lump sum amount i.e. 80% will be transfer to bank. (10.33% TDS, 5% welfare and 4.67% admin charge)
11. All the purchaser of the company will put his/her best efforts to promote the product offered by the company is a faithful & honest manner.
12. Courier/octroi/local expenses bear by the purchaser.
13. The incentives will be paid by cheque/DD only (DD charges shall be deducted)
14. The amount is not being refundable and transferable the company and the purchaser have entire. This agreement for purchase of product. Often and further if no referral sales are made by the purchaser he shall not anyway eligible for any of the incentives.
15. Company helps you to get insurance by reputed insurance companies like LIC, Bajaj Allianz, Reliance.
16. Before joining any insurance companies mentioned above you are advised to go through carefully by their terms & condition applied.
17. Any purchaser found working against the interest of the company spoiling the name and reputation of the company, Distributing and diverting the purchasers of the company will and diverting the purchasers of the company will be terminated without prior notice and explanation and such purchaser shall not be eligible to acclaim incentives from the company.
18. Any dispute arising between company and purchaser will be decided. According to arbitration and cancellation Act 1996 and subject to Indore Jurisdiction only. I/we here read and understand the above agreement and after careful inspection of the package of the company. I/we are booking the product with our free will without any pressure or allurements from the company that I/we have understood the figures mentioned are indicative me have not been promised and figures of any time period for any payment by my sponsor or the company.
19. He/She are advised to deposit the money in the company account for pin. And within 5 hrs of deposition of money you will be issued pin. But you have to Fax the Xerox Deposition receipt to the companies & if he/she fails in doing this then he/she will be responsible for the further problems and company will be not be responsible for any.
20. After joining the member have to deposit his pan card before three months otherwise company will block his payout or could not transfer his/her payout in bank by the law of govt. If there is some problem to deposit then company will help to make his pan card.
21. SSSachieve.com is a unit of Swastha Surkhsa Samridhi marketing Pvt. Ltd.
22. As our company is based on online joining so you are bound to follow all the terms & conditions as soon as you get your user id.
23. If any of our distributor dies to any natural or man made calamity, than in case all the power or authority of the respective distributed will be transfer to his/her respective nominees.
24. The person authorized by the company be explain the business of the company.
25. All the members should understand the business of the company before joining the scheme filling up and sighing this agreement.
26. All the payment for purchasing of company as new members shall be transferred in their respective bank account in favour of SSSachieve marketing Pvt. Ltd.
27. The company reserves the right to make any changes amendments or alter action and design and nature contact, deceptions, range.
28. Scheme and formulation of the product and service provide by the company, including any changes in the marketing strategy, compensation plan polices and procedure from time to time as the company may deem fit and necessary to do so.
29. The management is having the sole direction to organize the training session / presentation / seminar / educational programs and the same will be informant by mail to all members according.
30. If any member or staff wants to promote / market the product of the company if any other means, accept this promotion plan, which help the company to increase it is sales, than a prior written permission in required from the management of the company.
31. The payment is not refundable under any circumstances for the purchase of product of max money concept.
32. Any disputes form this agreement or in relation to the agreement shall be referred to a duly appointed arbitrator by the company member should not raise any objection on that round that the arbitrator is having any connection with company.
33. No member is allowed to use company network or marketing / promoting any other products of scheme which is not related to the company.
34. Company is not liable for any claim cost damage due to the misrepresentation or member about the quality performance or availability of the company’s products and services.
35. All above terms and conditions are applicable for the member and nominee also.

Termination:

1. If a member act against the interest of the company.
2. If a member violates any of the terms and conditions agreed here to violate subsequent changes if made to terms and condition by the company.
3. If found any statement or information made to be false.
4. If a member use the company promises / venues to represent any other company or for its personal use.
5. If the right of a terminated members to receive benefit (commission / compensations in whatever from) from the company ceases immediately from the date of termination.
